Career Forge prepares career-ready people (“Forgers”) for technical roles, while partnering with hiring teams in our network to connect Black, Latinx, first-generation college, high school graduates, transitioning adults, and associates and bachelor’s degree holders to meaningful career opportunities.

Forgers receive 110 hours of in-person training in workplace competency and lab skills to learn techniques such as Tissue Culture, Nucleic Acid purification, Gel Electrophoresis and more!

Join us on Monday, June 5th for a poster presentation by the Forgers and networking with LabCentral staff, residents and industry partners.
