Anjali is responsible for developing an external early innovation pipeline aligned with the strategies of Johnson & Johnson’s businesses, with a primary focus on pharmaceuticals. She has over 25 years of industry experience working at both large and small biopharmaceutical companies, including, Pharmacia/Upjohn, Wyeth/Genetics Institute, Critical Therapeutics, Clinquest Inc., Flexion Therapeutics, and Shire Pharmaceuticals, where she held roles with increasing responsibility in drug discovery and development and program leadership before switching to working in external innovation, leading integrated opportunity assessments, due diligences and business development.
